This only touches the paper-account tables and never affects Big Bear (live). This does not restart IBKR, reset fifo_ledger.json/lots.json on the bot machine, or change anything outside Supabase — coordinate those separately so reporting and IBKR come back up aligned.

Sourced from municipal notices. Figures are as published by each municipality and are not warranted. A tax deed conveys only the assessed owner’s interest and may not cure all title defects — confirm PID, access and encumbrances before bidding. Total Bid is taxes, interest and expenses combined — paying it clears the arrears. The all-in figure below it adds HST and deed transfer tax and is an estimate only. Acreage is blank where the municipality does not publish it. “Upcoming” means the sale date is still ahead — municipalities often leave notices up after the auction.
